Almond Biscuits/Scones

Portia
2 1/2 c almond flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
Optional spices (I use ~1/8 tsp cinnamon if making them plain or with dried
cranberries)
1/2 c coconut oil
2 eggs
Optional dried fruit/ham/whatevs

Dried ingredients in food processor. Pulse.
Add coconut oil. Process until smooth.
Add eggs and process until just mixed.
If adding dried fruit, fold it in in a separate bowl.
Portion onto parchment cookie sheets. 1/4c or 1/3c per scone is nice.
Bake at 350 for ~25 minutes.
